Way to go Juwo! I so love not having the cravings.
Haven't had a green smoothie in a few days, and really missing them. What I did have today:
B - buckwheat, two bananas, mango
S - flax crackers
L - green salad with carrot & beet, miso dressing, and a slice of buckwheat/zucchini bread with cashew butter
S - slice of same bread with almond butter
D - haven't had it yet, but it will be corn tortillas, spicy "beans" (made with sunflower seeds, sundried tomatoes and spices), coconut "sour cream", salsa, and a large green salad
Tomorrow will definitely get back on the giant green smoothies.
Good job, Juwo! All your greens sound so refreshing!
I am still feeling awful...this is the detox that never ends, yes it goes on and on my friends... at least I have 2 adorable kittens to play with to take my mind off of it!
-green smoothie w/ the usual 3 bananas, frozen fruit, kale. 2 more bananas.
-salad w/ baby romaine, half an avo, carrots, cucumber, tomato, red peppers & vinegar. Apple.
-apple in the car on the way home, then 4 bananas an hour later.
-I'm about to have a bowl of peppers (yellow, orange & red, yum), carrots, tomatoes and cucumbers.
No real workout today, just work. I have a huge kitten mess to clean so that will be my workout, lol.

I am happy to be a part of this challenge. It has made the raw lifestyle seem so easy and effortless for me. The only thing right now is that I have been craving something crunchy and salty and have thus far (with the help of my husband) resisted going to the convenience store a block away. Go family support! WOOHOO!

Not much time to eat today
B-Smoothie of bananas, pineapple, blueberries, pear, celery, kale, chia seeds and dates
D-green salad, lots of veggies, sprouts, seed cheeze, olive oil and ACV, agave and ranch veggie dressing
S-dates and almond butter

Day five for me, and detox was less symptomatic than yesterday.
B: Smoothie with almond milk and 2 frozen bananas, 2 T flax seed (too much, made it thick and gloppy)
L: Guacamole made of one avocado, one tomato, and one green onion. I love this stuff. I could eat a triple batch but have to limit myself to one avocado per day for economic reasons. :o
S: One gallon of GoLitely (stupid name) in preparation for my colonoscopy tomorrow. So you know what I have been doing all evening. I am pretty sure GoLitely is not raw but what can you do? It is absolutely vile stuff.
Way to go LiveLife on beating those cravings!
Way to go Juwo for eating Green!
Way to go Meow for not giving in in spite of feeling so awful.
And way to go all of us for living raw one more day!

Other Amazing Food:
Island Fire with MMS
Fresh squeezed orange juice
Ezekiel pita bread and Cooked Hummus
I have had several comments lately, from people who haven’t seen me in a month or two of how great I look! It could be the green smoothies, spring water, my recent trip to Hawaii where I consumed fresh noni, or the MMS . . . or all three!! Today I got my hair cut. It’s amazing how something so simple can make me feel so sexy and confident!
