First make sure you aren't allergic! Just try a little bit or google to find out how to test it safely with you.

You can simply add it inyour smoothie. Or have a spoon of it with plain water.

There are rich in all kind of nutrients.

Enjoy!

I put a heaping tsp. in my mouth and let it dissolve. I didn't like the taste at first, but now I crave it!!!
I do it in the morning and I "think" it helps with my energy.
I use the pollen "granules"

I put it in my mouth and chase with a cup of warm water and lemon juice. Green smoothies are also great for hiding it :)

I normally throw some in my smoothie, but I've also added a teaspoon to my raw Chia Goodness cereal

Haha- funny you should ask this. I think it taste like dirt. I liken it to eating a "meadow".

This is why I like to just put it down my throat and chase it with lemon water (warm) - it disolves it and the lemon makes it a little sweet.

I've read that you should soak the granules for 12 hours before eating them.

Quote:

"Because bee pollen is not readily digestible, Dr. Cherbuliez suggests soaking pollen granules for 12 hours in water or orange juice to "crack" the shells of the individual grains of pollen. Without soaking, only 2 to 7 percent of the pollen is absorbed by the digestive system, he says. After soaking, as much as 90 percent may be absorbed."

I think the vita mix does a good job at breaking it and hopefully making it easily digestible. I blend until I can't hear any crunching.

It's a strong taste to me & I do not care for it..been using it for 3 weeks. I only take it once a day. Can't tell any difference in myself. Not sure if I'll purchase it again after this one is finished.

I was taking it in the past but stopped.
I'm reading all the benefits from taking it so i'm back again.
I don't like to eat it by itself so i will soak it overnight and blend it in the morning.
Glad to be back on board:Dthe bee pollen train.

I think its best if your going to use honey...to buy it locally...just my opinion.

I buy mine from here http://www.hoseyhoney.com/

I put their golden bullet in my smoothies every morning.

I agree on the test for allergic reacations first...then I KNOW if local...it will help with allergies.

It tastes so good, i kept going back and drinking off of it but this morning i'm going to blend it up with a little vanilla.
Can't wait.
I'm going to become a :D"Bee Pollen addict"!
I'm loving the way it's making me feel after only 1 day.

Is it really that much different in taste & benefits than the Honey in the stores.
I bought a 80 oz bottle of Honey at Sam's club that lasts me a month, use honey on just about everything as a sweetener as opposed to sugar. I use it to sweeten my tea.

I dont want to waste my money on a regular sized jar that may no last as long.
