Hello,

I'm new to posting threads. I've been reading your encouraging stories for months.

I've been 100% raw since Jan. I've lost 62 pounds and feel better physically, mentally, and spiritually. I have a bit of a delima. My job, (entertainment field) the powers that be, have expressed concern that I'm loosing too much weight. You see, my costums cost $75,000-100,000 dollars, and even though everyone supports my way of life, the bottom line is that I will be costing the company alot of money.

I've been overweight all my life. I finally found a path that really works on all levels. It not just the weight loss it's truely spiritual. It just feels right.
Any suggestions on how to maintain my weight would be helpful, albeit grains, nuts, etch. I'm considering sprouting millet and if that doesn't work maybe cooking them, worse comes to worse maybe adding 1 cook meal of lightly steamed veggies. I can't go back to a SAD diet!
I guess I'm feeling a little bit alone in all of this and could use some support.
Thanks for listening.
all the best
Mickey D

Mickey,
Wellcome to the club ,-)). Two years ago I have lost 40 pounds in a hurry. Now I have full closet of fine cloth that are way too big. That is good problem. Just keep eating healthy and your body will settle where it is naturally suppose to be. Enjoy your body. Oh, by the way I gained 5 pounds back very gradually, but my sizes are same.

Mickey, you lost 62 pounds? Do you have still have extra weight? I think if you still have weight to lose, you have to accept that you will lose more. I'm not sure what the links above will say, but perhaps eating avocadoes and soaked/sprouted seeds and nuts will slow your weight loss down.

If you don't want any more weight loss, due to you don't have any extra weight any more, I think you will balance out very soon.

Hope this helps.

Wow.
What an unfortunate dilema!
Sounds like it comes down to health or money? Is there any way the costumes you use now can be modified for less than having new ones made? I'm sure you've thought of it, but it seems to me the only real option is to be true to your needs, whatever they are right now. Either slowing down the weightloss (using the suggestions above makes the most sense to me) or finding another way to make it work.
Let us know what you decide to do!
Good luck!!

At one point, I was losing too much weight, as well. I stopped that by adding more seed cheese and avocado to my diet. I'm able to maintain my weight well this way.
