My friend got spots appeared after beach swimming the next day.

What would you advice for her to promote healing or fade out those spots quicker naturally ? they are itchy too she told me.

A group of people go to the beach swimming, only she got such problem.

as her colleagues are scare of that just like the swire flu, so i wish she can back to work quicker after those spots fade away.

Any remedy will take time. Those spots will go away eventually.

As odd as it sounds try asking your friend listen to her body. Your body know how to heal itself--she may be craving certain foods not realizing they have medicinal properties to help heal her skin.

My first thoughts of food remedies is to eat fatty foods like nuts and avocados and olive oil. This could soothe your friend's skin from the inside out.
