what site do you use? I signed up for spark people and there is very little raw veggie info on there. It is SO frustrating. Wondering if you have found a more raw friendly site. Please no "I don't track I just eat what my body tells me" replies. BTDT and still F-A-T. I increasing my awareness of what I am consuming fats/calories/vitamins, etc to see what I am actually taking in.

When I was tracking I used Fit Day (http://www.fitday.com).

Nutridiary.com is what I used.

I used FitDay, too. At first it was a drag searching for each food and waiting while it was brought up, then waiting some more to add it to the log. Then I discovered you can click on "View My Recent Foods", check the box in front of each of the items you want added to the current day's log, then click on "Add checked". Saves a lot of time adding them all at once.

cool. thanks. sparkpeople has stuff a TON of prepared and fast food stuff-like if you type in lettuce you will get suggestions like "1 leaf of lettuce from Arby's burger" or something to that effect.

fitday is easy, takes seconds as its super simple..and just has raw fruit and veg listed. no trying to go through billions of cooked options!!
