I feel like curling up in bed and sleeping for about a week. Detox = no fun. But I know once I get through it I'll feel amazing!

-lots of bananas...maybe 5 or 6, don't remember
-salad w/ baby romaine, spinach, half an avo, a tomato and half a red pepper w/ some apple cider vinegar. Apple & banana
-another 3 bananas
-green smoothie w/ 3 bananas (wow I AM addicted, lol), frozen mango/strawberries/blueberries, kale
workout was work- nothing that strenuous today though- and just a 30 minute power walk, then I got really dizzy and stopped.

I'm craving greens like crazy, I think tomorrow will be very salad-y!

So the sweating is a detox thing, huh? Because I have had this "sheen" going all day on my face and neck. I kept being afraid it was low blood sugar and I was going to crash again, but it never happened.

Breakfast: banana, then grazed on about 1 cup of coconuts, walnuts, and currants.
Lunch: huge salad of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, green pepper, avocado, and vinaigrette dressing.
Snack: Green smoothie made of 3 cups lettuce, one banana, and some stevia. It was.....meh, ok.
Supper: "Cream" of tomato soup made with almonds, tomatoes, green onion, and a little tamari. Very satisfying. It's possible I may have some salad later, if someone else makes it. I am chillin' in bed with a migraine (that time of the month, thank God for Imitrex and I hope next month I won't need it!).

Hi katchmoleen,

I don't know whether sweating is part of detox, but I read your posting yesterday about the low blood sugar attack. That was such a familiar story for me. I used to have to those attacks on an almost daily basis on a regular vegan diet... even on days when I ate no sweets. I once had to beg food off strangers on a subway train that was stuck between stations! Going raw completely eliminated those attacks for me.

I missed writing here yesterday so I will write as if it is today:

Today I went to an amusement park so needless to say I didn't stay 100% raw but I did make healthy choices, stayed vegan, and had brought LOTS of raw snacks for me to munch on so I did not feel deprived at all! But since I was there all day I did run out of food eventually :) I am actually very proud of myself for the way I ate and am confident that next time I go to an amusement park (which happens like once every ten years) I can find a way to not eat any of the food there :)

Also, I didn't feel even the slightest craving to eat any of the food there. I am so proud of myself that I have made it over that hump!

Green Smoothie:
Red Lettuce
Chia
Blueberry

Other Amazing Food:
Island Fire with mms (I am up to 10 drops now)
1 1/2 avocados with salt
Raspberries
Superfood Crunch
2 Ezekiel tortillas with raw honey and cinnamon

I had more emotions come up today. I believe the mms is helping me to cleanse emotionally.
