acai fans

I've been making 'purple smoothies" (acai) for a few years, and was disappointed to learn that the acai I use is flash pasteurized :mad:

any acai fans out there who have a raw supplier?

Navita Naturals seems to be the only true raw brand. Even the raw stores seem to carry a brand not 100% raw for some reason. I think because it's extremely expensive. There may be another brand that exists or other suppliers though I haven't found any cheaper.

If you're willing to buy in bulk (3-5 lb or more), I may be able to get you a better deal.

It cannot be transported any other way. That is why it has become so popular because now they are able to get it out of Brazil. The price has risen there for the Brizalian because of the massive export.
