hi all

I am new to raw food. I've been about 60% or so the past 2 weeks, and intend to jump to 90%-100% after tonights shopping excursion.

My question is, what do y'all eat on a daily basis? And for those with young children,what would their typical diet look like? I have a 3 y/o and a 2 y/o.

Raw fruits and veggies :D
Some nuts/seeds/avocado
Greensmoothies
Salads

Smoothies, salads, fresh fruit, sometimes I make things like bread crackers, more traditional crackers, pizza dough, bread, almond mylk...

There are so many options!

Simple seems to work just fine for most kids -- whole fruits and smoothies, stuff like that.
