Nausea,pain.Sign of detox?

HI,

At first I was wondering if for the last few days I was experiancing a gall bladder attack, but since then after reading alot about detox( I am on my 3rd again.

Except for the stomach discomfort, the skin eruptions (not quite as developed as yours), the energy bursts and extreme tiredness sounds a lot like me. I don't know if it's detox related. (I'm going on month 4). I've been asking around and getting suggestions to ease up some on the fat, add more dark leafy greens (kale, collard) and more fruit.
