I personally would prefer to see less of fear of bad foods and more of the joy of eating raw foods in this kind of program. But I understand, that for others that might be perfect way to go about it.

I think the reason many people look fearful of the food is not because it's raw necessarily - but because they didn't see you prepare it, and might be suspicious that it's tainted with something and someone is trying to poison them. I guess you'd have to eat the food right alongside with them for them to feel comfortable.

I think it appeals to the underdog...you got the attention of the guy at the end. "I'm good". I totally get that and I love it.
