I've made 3 raw breads this week and am planning on making to more.

I've made Juliano's black sprouted rye pumpernickel bread, the apple cinnamon and focaccia (italian tomato basil bread) breads from rainbow green live food cuisine, I have some kamut sprouting to make Juliano's mango bread, and after that I'll sprout more rye for another black sprouted rye pumpernickle bread.

I've also been eating more raw, I'm only about 75% raw and am trying to get around 90%.

You are very ambitious. I would not attempt those.

I got them from Juliano's RAW book and from Gabriel Cousens Rainbow Green live food cuisine.

They are all extemely simple to make, there's just the rye and mango bread that require sprouting but that's as simple as soaking grains and sprout them in a colander for 2-3 days. They take no more than 10 minutes each to make.

The Mango does sound RAWsome. I have Julano's Book but not Gabriel's, guess I'll check it out at the Book Store....

I can give you one of Gabriel's bread recipe if you want, he has a whole section of bread recipes but they aren't bread like in texture like the sprouted grain breads from Juliano.
