I rebound daily, even if it's just for a short time. And I do deep breathing whenever I can fit it into my schedule. I have the Body Flex tapes and really love doing it, I feel so energized afterwards.
With rebounding, I started noticing a difference shortly after I started doing it. Energy goes up and the jiggly stuff really gets firmer quickly!
Unfortunately, I don't have time for much else.

Like AJ, I don't have time for much so I try to make the most of it when I can. I focus on my two biggest problem areas and just work on those. I do stomach crunches and butt lifts every day. I have 4 children, two of which (the first and fourth) were c-sections - so my tummy is pretty well blown. I found that with just 20-30 crunches per day (when I started), was enough to start getting those muscles back into shape. Now I can do 200 a day and I can really see the difference. I also do 200 butt lifts just because I have extra weight back there and my butt is too big and out of shape! As a family, we ride bikes and walk a lot too, but it is more leisure than anything else.
I think the most important thing when working on new excercises, it to take it slow, remember to breathe and be careful not to strain yourself. Do what you can and at your own pace and build from there. And it is always fun trying new things and finding what fits you best.
Best wishes,
Anna

I walk my dogs for 45 minutes every day pushing a pram with my 2 year old
I cycle on a wind trainer for 45 minutes 2-3 times a week
I teach Body Balance 2 (sometimes 3) times a week
I do weights 2-3 times a week (for about 40 minutes)
I run 3km 1-2 times a week ( I am slow)
I have always loved being active and eat well but have had a closet sugar binging problem all my life - until NOW!!! Been clean for 10 days today thanks for RAW.
I do recomment to all my clients at the gym (and friends who ask so that would be anyone of you who want the advice) the following:
- Most importatnly do what you enjoy as you are more likely to stick to it
- include weights - (girls do not worry about getting big as we don't have that much testerone) so that you increase your lean muscle mass which burns more energy than fat
- include cardio to strengthen lung capacity, get lympatic and blood circulation, releases endorphins and burn calories
- have a stretching program becuase if you are going to work the muscles you need to stretch them out too
- incorporate relaxation / meditation or the like into your life
Have a great day all!!

Body-building is one of my hobbies - I lift heavy 4 days/week.
I swim most mornings.
I am taking a Dance Workshop and Tai Chi (for mandatory PE classes my uni requires) for the fall semester, beginning in 3 weeks - very excited as I don't have experience with either activities.

I walk a lot. An hour and fifteen minutes every morning through a wash. Then through the course of the day, I take my dogs out again for ten minute romps - about 4-6 times (I work from home).
I now go to the gym for reistance training 3 days a week for about an hour, and twice a week do a mile at 12% incline on the treadmill (want to hike some mountains when it cools off).
I've started riding a bike also, but only for a few miles every few days.
As for how this has affected my weight loss, it is hard to say. On raw I have lost 40 pounds in 2 months, 5 days. How much did all this exercise play into it? I can't say, but it makes me feel better everyday that I do it. Also, it gives me confidence that when I finally do lose all the weight I will have a toned body and the strength, flexibility, and stamina to get out there and do things being obese has kept me from like cross-country skiing, hiking, rapelling, and in March, skydiving.

I take a yoga class weekly and practice at home almost daily.
I exercise at the gym 3 days a week with cardio (swimming, running, biking) for 30 minutes and then about 30 minutes of weight lifting.
I walk every day with my twins (pushing a stroller that has over 50 lbs. of baby in it is a workout!)
