Hi,
I'm new to this list and new to raw foods. I've been raw since April. I feel great and love the diet, but I have occasional pains in my groin area. I'm trying to localize when I have the pains, but I haven't totally figured it out.
At first I thought it could be a hernia, but my MD examined me and said it wasn't. I just had some blood and urine tests done and some uterine and abdomen sonograms. Everything is normal.
I notice the pains most after I eat or drink. I just had a delicious green juice (celery, parsley, kale, cucumber and apple) and a half an hour later I felt the same pain. It's in my groin area on the right side and goes up to my pelvis (so it's a large area on my right side from my groin to my pelvis). Does anyone have any idea what this can be from? Weird?!! I'm right in the midst of this. My doctor said everything is normal...and that was that. Meanwhile, I'm experiencing these pains.
Thanks,
Gloria
