PMDD Advise

I have really bad PMDD (along with other health issues) to the point its affecting my life.

I really need some advise I am at my wits end it seems to be getting worse.

I am open to try anything. Please help

read up on Maca, this may help..I've taken Ginger for yrs, helps tremendouslly. Sorry not more help.
