Just had to share, I'm amazed at how much better I feel eating just really simply with fruit, greens and lower fat, maybe one avocado or handful of nuts daily. Its pretty remarkable. Losing fat, have more energy...we'll see how it goes!

Very glad to hear that, girl! I've been wanting to go lower fat, too -- I've noticed myself getting progressively less energetic the last month or two, and I think this might be the way to go...
Right now, though, I"m having a hard time with the idea of restriction. One thing that I have loved about going raw is that I never feel like I'm limiting myself - rather, I'm surrounded by an abundance of beautiful, fresh, ripe, glowing and delicious food! Going low-fat is hard for me, because I"m constantly thinking of what I'm NOT having...
That and the withdrawal from all those handfuls of nuts... I guess it really was my comfort food.
How have you dealt with these issues so far?

Low fat is usually best for most, especially once they've been raw for awhile.

Also, you don't have to eat fruitarian to do this.
