I just have to share this with all women cause we deserve it!

check out Tracy Effinger's workouts called "The Squeeze Workouts". You can buy her dvds, Squeeze Stronger and Squeeze Lower Body Challenge, at collagevideo.com.

These workouts require only 1-3 lb dumbells, a dining room chair and a broomstick and will change your body in a few workouts. I am NOT kidding.

The are challenging, but they are literally transforming my body from a frumpy 44 year old mom to the svelte 25 year old I used to be. I want to share cause I've never gotten results like these from any other workout regimen, plus they are so easy, doing them right at home with just a few simple tools. :)

The thing with any exercise, is to be Faithful to it. Usually we start like a Steam Roller then slack off. I am Happy you are seeing results atleast we already have all the tools. I joined a gym today just for the Yoga Class. Dancing keeps Me CUTE...........Thanks for Sharing.

Thanks, I will check them out- I have bunch of dvds, but I love change. I love my Tracy Anderson workouts too- it shaped my arms really quickly and without bulk.

My Mom had surgery and is staying with me so I have been busy...but I just tried the 30 min Power Squeeze plus the arm workout. I used 3 lb weights, but I could have used 2 & I usually use much heavier weights. This is one tough workout. I'm shaking from it. I can see how this can get you into shape & defined! I can't wait to do more!!!

Okey, so I bought the harder dvd, and I did it yesterday and my leg musles are really sore today. I liked a lot of exercises. My concern is just that she has bodybuilder like muscles and I prefer small muscle look, so I wanted to ask the people who did this workout for a while- did you start bulking up?

I think it depends on your body type. I personally think she lifts heavy weights also. Look at the difference in her first video compared to her second. I used to body build & I never got big as I have more of the long lean muscles. That is why I'm looking forward to HOPEFULLY toning up with with the Barr type workouts!

I have done 10 of the Barre type workouts now (3 times a week) & I just wanted to report that I am now fitting into pants and shorts that I could not fit into before. I walk my dogs 1-2 times a day, practice Yoga about 2-3 times a week and do the Barre workout 3 times a week. I eat the same...the only difference are the Barre workouts. Even my hubby noticed!!! I am very excited about this! I just wanted to tell you all how :D I am!!!

I ordered a couple of the videos from Amazon and they got here (to alaska) in three days. And I love doing this workout! I've been doing tae bo for a couple years (which I also really enjoy) but have recently kind of burned out on it. This is something I could definitely do every day. Thanks for recommending it!

Thank you, Eilene. I guess I can always lighten up, if I start bulking.
