Woo hoo!!! I made a mayo recipe that I actually like!! Even hubby liked it! I'm so excited because now I can come up with some cold pasta salads that I can eat while hubby eats his cooked ones, and maybe I can start transitioning him, too! (He's been SOO receptive to all this, it is blowing my mind!)

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my vita mix. I cannot believe how cool it is! Next on the list tonight is strawberry ice cream. Yippee!!

Oh more joy! Strawberry ice cream. How did I ever live without this dumb blender, LOL!!!! I am now a firm believer in advocating that newbies get appliances. Between my food processor, dehydrator, and vita mix, I don't see ANY big obstacles to me staying raw!!! Ice cream, chocolate candy bars, crackers, and of course, green smoothies. My life is full to overflowing!!!
