i just bought some and wowza how i feel now after taking one! i feel more grounded, happy and more like myself.
i've had very bad pms for years getting angry and mood swings. i took some folic acid last month and noticed a pretty good improvement... so googled and is how i discovered many women get pms is due to low folic acid and b-12. (i'm not 100% raw) and lately i haven't been feeling right and getting dizzy when i stand up and some memory loss and concentration... so i got some b-12 today just to see what'll happen.

and yeah... i noticed it right away they posted "loss of memory" twice in that list... so i assume i am not too bad off with my own memory loss. :)

i hope this is my fix. at least most of it. too soon to tell.

Ive been taking B-12 dots for about 2 months now, but I don't feel any real difference. I have the tiny kind you place under your tongue for best absorbency.
I get more energy from food than I do these things. :confused:

i took another after i woke-up and i was exhausted and the b-12 did it again giving me a little energy and feeling a little more bright. folic acid hasn't done this to me, so i've come to the conclusion i have been very low on the 12.
