When I juice my carrots/beets/celery and I have the pulp left over, can I dehydrate that and make some sort of hamburger patty?

What are some good herbs or spices that I could add?

Do I need to add any liquid or any other ingredients to form the dough?

We are going to Six Flags tomorrow and thought that would be good to take.

I know there are raw hamburger patties to make, but they all seem to use nuts and seeds.

Does anyone have a good recipe for a nut-less/seedless patty?

Thanks
Cathy

Thanks Aleesha,
Can you tell me if you add anything to it?

Chopped mushrooms and onion. Definitely sea salt. A spoonful or two of olive oil to help hold it all together. For spices, anything goes. I especially like a touch of saffron or a light curry.

Why no nuts or seeds? Couldn't you use a small amount of ground walnuts or pecans to give it some texture and body?

WOW! Have a great time at the park! :D
