When I started RAW about a year and 2 months ago'ish give or take a coupe weeks, the one thing I remember always worrying about was if I was getting enough greens, fats, etc. Now that I have ALMOST gotten to where I want to be..........I realized that worrying about what I worried about was the worst thing I did, I could have gotten where I am not if I hadent worried so much.
If I had just ate what I wanted, whether it just be apples and pineapple, or lots of bananas and mangos.... and not worry about eating 2lbs of greens today, or if I even ate ANY, which on most days I dont... this would have been a lot easier.
Now that I am sort of where I want to be, I am finding it a lot easier to now think about how much of what I am consuming, making sure I eat a lot of greens, green juicer and such....
Its pretty nice!
Just dont worry. JUST EAT, a lot, or a little, WHATEVER. Dont eat something just because you feel like you should! For instance, I felt that I should eat a lot of cucumbers for good skin, HOWEVER, Im not a HUGE fan....and if I ate a bowl of cucumbers, then I would be miserable and say "this raw thing sucks, Ill never be able to do this"... NEGATIVE..dont do it to yourself!!!!!!!!...I now drink cucumber juice everyday! but only because I now love cucumbers!
I know a lot of people have probably said this, However, I needed to set my realization in stone! hehe Might be helpful for newbies!
