Interesting symptoms popped up the other day-

I have been eating all raw with lots of fruit and veggies- no fats really. Then I decided to have some bananas...ended up having three in smoothies. Well by mid-afternoon I was having symptoms of panic and extreme lethargy/brain fog. I started going into a frenzy just because of the phone ringing..It freaked me out because it is basically what i had experienced about a yr ago before i began changing my diet///So I think maybe my body isn't ready for the fat in the bananas yet...

What do you all think is the problem ? Candida, or liver or gallbladder..there's so many things it could be. And also, do you think there will come a day when my body will be balanced enough for me to eat bananas again without the bad reaction?

What fat in a banana? You have only had one gram of fat. I would really look at something else that caused this. It is not from the raw food.

Callie - bananas are mostly carbs not fats. Were the bananas organic? Conventional bananas have a ton of chemicals sprayed on them (there's a post on the board somewhere about this) - if you had conventional bananas, then it could be a reaction to the chemicals. How ripe were the bananas? Bananas that contain any green still have enzyme inhibitors. The other factor in this might be blood sugar - is yours high or low?
