I'm trying to think of a SAD eggplant dish made with eggplant, tomato sauce and possibly grabanzos? I *think* it's usu served over rice...maybe? My mother used to make it when I was very young and for the life of me I can't think of the name. I want to try to recreate it, but I first need a clue as to what is in the typical SAD dish.:confused:
