Hi,
I would like to go 100% raw but I have had problems with candida for years. I can't eat fruit except grapefruits and I often feel hungry and then eat cooked or baked food. Can you help me?

Yes, eat whatever you want as long as it's raw. The standard candida diet isn't necessary with raw. Though there are tons of foods you can make without sweet fruits-soups/savory smoothies, wraps, pasta, salads, etc.

My experience is that the body takes care of these challenges on raw. Balancing it all out. Green...the more green the better.

I agree, I'd say just jump in and go raw. Start there with the mindset of abundance and enjoy, give your body time to regulate and even out. Starting with a list of things you 'can't' eat based on past history of a non-raw diet isn't truly letting go and starting new. Trust the process - there's always time and opportunity to tweak and adjust as you go along.

Thank you for your helpful answers. I'm not sure I have understood everything correctly. Are you saying that it is possible for me to eat some bananas?
