Hi everyone, I saw there were 30 online so I thought I'd post here. I have been in read mode only since I haven't begun my raw journey.
Hope girls only are on right now.
My acute problem is that I have had yeast/candida for 3 years straight. But, what happened is, yesterday I woke up and had bumps and I have inflammation and dryness and pain. It was 10x worse than it has been. I can go pee and poo.;) Has anyone had this problem? I was thinking if someone had something like this I could use a natural healing method instead of going the Dr. route. I did think maybe I need to get a diagnosis from Dr. though. If so do I go to GP Dr. or GYN?
I know raw would heal me. However, I never had all my symptoms to come so overwhelming at once. It is sooo painful, have been taking tylenol. Tried coconut oil, ice pack, milk as a soak. Any suggestions or methods.
I do have my first batch of Kombucha. It is almost 2 weeks brewing for the first fermentation. I thought of just start drinking that and using a piece of the mother scobie to see if that brought any relief.
Going to Dr. would be very painful. No touching, no no. To painful.
Any thoughts or suggestions from someone with this problem I would appreciate input.
Thank you in advance for your help and suggestions.

High doses of probiotics (supplement form is usually more potent when yeast is severe), garlic and NutriBiotic Grapefruit Seed Extract. Sometimes best to cut down on high sugar fruits for a period of time, though usually you won't need to stop fruit altogether. Sweeteners-agave, fruit or other fruit based/healthy type sweetener (not honey, maple syrup).

:)
Hi Dimond thank you for such a quick reply. I appreciate that. I do take probiotics for 4 years now. So should I take them say 3x per day. One or two at at time? I haven't taken grapefruit seed extract before. Thanks for tips on fruit/sweetners.
Have a good day,
Blessings,

with lots of baking soda.....it helps reduce the population and gives relief for a short while until they repopulate. Maybe they all swim out gladly into the ocean? I don't know - but always helped me.
I don't understand not taking a bath? The tub would have to be contaminated to give[I] you one. If you've [I]already got one, I think a lot of them float away?
Just me. I used to get them all the time, but no more. I used tea tree oil a few times in desperation. It was bizarre and uncomfortable, but stopped the itching......

My fiance healed himself of candida after 60 days on High Raw... however - he had a MASSIVE detox bout that knocked him off his feet for a few weeks, first.
It wasn't easy, but it was worth it.

you would see a gyn. an all general practioner could pap you, but gyn is best. and all they'd do is a culture test to make sure it's yeast or some other std. yes, yeast infections are stds too.
you can go to any drug store and get a yeast infection test. and i believe they sell a cream and perhaps a pill now??? that woud basicaly be the same the gyn would perscribe.
but anti's often give a bacterial infection and that means discharge as well i believe.
there are women gyns and i'd bet they've experienced many people who doesn't want to be touched down there. near all women don't like it. but it's like seeing a dentist.. it's something you need to do. you have something going on and for years.. best to know what's up and if you care to sexualy engage with self or another.. you have to get fixed or else you risk passng it on or not healing the problem. if you are sexualy active.. just know your partner might have it and not know it and keep passing it back to you and forth. have to heal it first.
sunbathing the vagnia helps rid yeast infections.
