because I missed the part on the sprouting chart where it says....to use soft for breads and hard for wheat grass.

Sooooo here I sit with 5 lbs of hard wheat berries..that is going to make a ton of wheat grass. Will this juice in a regular juicer or am I just up a creek without a paddle?

Thanks!!

Lisa

You can still use it in breads, etc. Soft is better, but you can still use the hard ones...just soak a little longer...

Correct me if I am wrong, but I heard that soft was for sprouting & Rejuvac and hard was for grass. It works for me! And yes, it will juice in a regular juicer. Have fun and let us know how your health improves.

What a coinky-dink! I came on this message board to find out the exact same thing. Yesterday, I bought the wrong wheat berries. I, too, didn't notice it said soft wheat berries until I got home. But I was thinking the same thing, Rawkinlocs. I was hoping soaking it for an extra day or two would provide the same results.

I've used the hard for everything I've used the soft for. No big deal.

To make the wheat grass do you just sprout like normal or do you have to use a medium to grow it in?

I use soil, I am not sure though if you can do it soiless. Sproutman.com should tell you or any other place you can get wheat berries for sprouting or growning.
Good luck
