I have done the MC twice and enjoyed the experience. I would like to try a combo of MC and juicing fruits and veggies.
I was going to try a juice in the morning. MC lemonade after my morning workout. and alternate throughout the day. i was also going to add P&B shakes for a colon cleanse with Smooth move tea before bed and maybe SWF upon waking(sometimes this is tough with two babies).
Does this sound like a good idea? I am going to start this on monday and go for 2 weeks.
