I'm sure there's a better brand of B12 out there, than the one I take and just wondering what brand you take and why you chose that particular one.
I'm taking B12 Liquid Energy. It's a B-Complex and has.....
20 mg Vitamin C
.6 mg Thiamine
1.7 mg Riboflavin
20 mg Niacin
2 mg B-6
200 mcg Folic acid
1 mg B-12
30 mg Pantothenic acid
2 mg Stevia extract

How's it working for you? I don't take any, I might be getting traces in the Chlorella I take. It fills the nitches with a Lot of Trace Minerals.

I have just ordered some from Mat Monarch. I suppose that I assume that because it is coming from a raw site that I can thrust it more.

Spicyfull, I seem to feel better and have more energy when I take it.
Sport, what's the brand name? I just looked at his site and didn't see B-12.
Aleesha, aside from nutritional yeast, where are your good levels of B-12 coming from?

I currently take Blue Bonnet brand B12. It is liquid form that you put under your tounge and it has Folic Acid in it. I get it from iHerb.com which is where I found it the cheapest. Whole Foods also carried this brand. I really like it and notice a difference when I dont take it. I hope that helps : )
With thanks,

My extensive research into this has led to the conclusion when your body processes cyanocobalimin it leaves cyanidelike commounds in the body, and that taking methylcobalimin is much better for your health.
Methycobalamin is much less stable, so I take about 5000 at a time.
Of course - I rely on info other nuts have posted on the web.......
I take source naturals sublingal tablets, so you hold the tablet under the tongue and some of the b-12 can be absorbed by the large blood vessels under the tongue......

Thank you for the link, Sport. I like that it's raw. This is great, to find out about new products and see how other people like them.

T-Bird, I never knew any of this information. Thank you for posting. Have you ever taken the other type of B-12? Just wondering if you did, if you noticed or felt a difference between the two.

Taking the megadoses under the tongue I have noticed good effect.
Now - the cyanocobalamin should do just fine giving you b-12, but it is the build up of cyano part when your body uses the b-12.
I believe I got my info here if you want to check it out:

The Vitamin Code B-12 doesn't say what form of B-12 it is.
