View Full Version : Oh!! I almost fell off...again!!
Well, I decided I would make Alissa's pasta and sauce. Then I figured out I had no fresh basil...or dry basil either. Then I decided to go to the store to buy some. As soon as that thought hit my brain, I decided I would stop a chic filet and buy a chicken sandwich and fries. While I was trying to wrestle myself, my daughter put hamburger helper on the table. I went straight for it. Thank goodness on the way to the table, I passed a watermelon! Grabbed it and sat down for dinner.
.
For desert, Alissa's banana/papaya pudding! If you have not had that, you owe it to yourself to enjoy it. It was wonderful!

You should watch a diet for all reason dvd or get the China Study. These will keep you grounded and make you feel good about being vegan.
Congratulations!

I haven't tried the banana papaya blend, but I have tried banana & mango with some agave and it too was great. The banana was frozen and allowed to partially thaw while the mango was refrigerated, so the blend had a chuncky texture.

Good for you Myca. Every time I fall off the wagon (way too often lately) I feel like sh*t the next day and could just kick myself. Don't know why I can't stick to raw lately, it just seems boring after a while. Maybe if life itself was more exciting I could stick to boring food...:(
