Had my first colonic today...

...and it was intense! A 2 1/2 hour session, and oh my....

The therapist said i did really good, and a lot of stuff came out. I think i'll write more about it in my blog, but i just wanted to share it here as well.

Good for you, I use to give them to Myself but haven't felt the need since RAW. I spent $300- on a Colema Board alone plus the Syrenge etc. I've only had one professional one..........
