I've been super bloated for the past week. It's like clockwork, it starts around 3-4p.m. & I don't even want to eat but feel like I should b/c I'm hungry. So lately I've been eating just like veggies when I get home or a salad with lots of veggies. I chew my food really good, which seems to help but doesn't get rid of the problem.
I eat more of my fruits & fats in the morning or early afternoon so that I have time to digest it & save the simpler foods like my veggies @ night (& throughout the day too)
Any suggestions.....I know where this is going.....most people question fat intake & it's a normal amount it isn't alot but I do make sure I get some in my diet & most of the time that is what sounds good @ night.
