This is cool...I have a challenge for you...what would you do if...you got a new apartment and they had debugged via pesticides or whatever it is they do.

I am hardly if ever sick anymore and have taken a digga here. Voice hoarse and throat all hurty. My peeps are happy I can talk no mo..hahaha.....but ugha...I am trying to figure out what to do!!

Other than raw cleansing me as it does, I feel the enormity of these toxins.
I will invent wellness and help my body be well in all this. I also have some cleaning things(natural plant) that take out that stuff. Oh and green juice for sure!!!

And running my air purifier of course....in one room closed door and open windows for rest.

ANy other ideas???? Thankx a bunch!!!

What a bummer CRG!

I have no basis for this: but I would clean everything with white vinegar and baking soda......I have a spray bottle with vinegar that sprays or streams and I shoot the stream of it into cracks, etc that you can't get to. Just an instinct........

Leave the windows open and spend as much time NOT there as possible in the next months or so.

This list plants that do the best job cleaning indoor air....

Epsom salt baths, loads of wheat grass juice, the whole cleansing routine...

Hope you feel better soon!

I went through this a few years ago and wish I had realized how much it would affect me. The best thing is to build up your immune system as much as possible just like any illness. High does of garlic, vitamin c, echinacea, probiotics. NutriBiotic Grapefruit Seed Extract is suppose to work really well once you're already getting sick.

Yikes, I am sorry you are going through this.

It also scares me as I am moving to a new apartment in August that is brand-new (they are building it this summer), so I'm sure we'll have all the same pesticide sprays, new carpet smells, new building smells etc - all that gasses coming off. Even if I try to keep my windows open alot, I will probably be very sick too. :(

Ut oh..knowing ahead of time...I prob not move there.....

I imagine if I didnt take such good care of myself how sick I might be..although raw creates more sensivities and quicker reactions.

Going to do all I can and also stick with my wellness minset in this. Thnkx.

New carpets are horribly toxic in off-gassing. Any time I've had new carpets put in, I've insisted on them being rolled out in the warehouse to off-gas as much as possible before installation. Knowing what I know now, I'd never have had a thread of carpet installed anywhere. Little by little I've gotten rid of it and replaced it with tile.

I read a recent report that suggests a correlation between linoeium and autism.

If we ever move again, I'll insist that all carpets are out before the move, the floors will be intensively treated with enzymes for any old pet messes and the floors will be all concrete or tile. My kitchen is currently concrete with stones inset for a very earthy, outdoors feel.

Ventilate as much as possible! Fresh air in.
