I commit today to be 100% raw.

For breakfast I will have a salad, peach and nuts. Miso.

Lunch? salad and a smoothie.

Dinner: banana, apple and nuts and salad.

Breakfast: Raw museli with blueberries, strawberries and a half a banana--YUM

I made a big salad to bring to work for lunch with some of the dill cheese I had shipped to me from Grezzo--sooooo good!

Kale and avocado salad for din din--I even got my non-raw doubtful family to enjoy this salad. I use olive oil, lemon, and a little raw agave for the dressing. Add some pine nuts and onion and WOW is it awesome!!

hello all,

i know i didn't post much for may's challenge, but i did it. 31 days, yay! so today is day 33 for me. the longest i've made it before is 40 days, so i'm planning on just keeping going this time.

food so far:

blenderful of mango/banana/spirulina smoothie mmmmm...good.
