I dont know if these are a no, no here, so I will apologize in advance if so. I'm looking (and have for hours and hours) for a probiotic that contains Lactobacillus sporogenes as well as Bifidobacterium infantis. Anyone know of one? I have found a few that claim to have both, but once I got to the manufacturers website they only have one or the other.

I used this one and it seems to be good. This is expensive.

It is called healthy trinity

You probably could find something as good and not as expensive. I bought that one from my local health store. It is vegan.

That's funny I just came from the HFS looking for a good probiotic. People say New Chapter Organics is super good, but I studied and it has fish and milk. The bifido infantis is in Align, but that has a bunch of crap too.

This is for babies supposively, but same thing:
BabyLife Bifidobacteria Infantis Powder (you could put in smoothies)
and
Pure Encapulations Lactobacillus Sporogenes 150mg 60Vcaps

both together:
c Flora Source (120 Capsules) Super Cleansing and Immunity

Thanks to both of you! The c Flora Source I had just found and emailed the company with questions. I will look into the Natren kind as well - I have heard good things about their "Life Start 2" probiotics but havent looked at this kind you posted. The price isn't out of line actually if you order 30, its around $30. Pretty much the same as the others...thanks a ton!!

Shoot...the Natren Healthy Trinity has neither of those strains..reviews are good though. I'm so confused - there are so many strains and every company in the world seems to sell probiotics now. I'm overwhelmed!

I was using the e3live probiotic. I went to the health food store to try to buy the e3live because i had a colon therapy done and needed probiotic. They were out and the only vegan kind they have was that brand. I tried it and i went to bathroom the next day. With the e3live after a colon therapy it would take me three days. So that kind seems to work for me but for what i read, it seems very complexe the probiotic world.

So sorry you didn't find what you need, hope you do. You can maybe try just a small amount to see if it helps you.

Just get a multi-strain probiotic that is high quality and non-dairy. It's best to just keep it simple. Few good brands: Garden Of Life, Body Biotics, Dr. Ohhira.
