can anyone help me i am eating all raw fruits and veggie wraps and gaining weight!! what should i do
All raw? Did you just start?

if it's just fruit and veg - maybe just be temporary water gain....
RU female, could it be cycle related?
I also haven't lost weight at on raw recently. I did 50-80% raw for the last month and then 98-100% raw over the last 3 days. However, I haven't been eating very much at all, nor have I been drinking enough water or doing much exercise. I think I actually need to eat more food and drink a lot more water and move more... and hopefully that will get my body into fat-burning mode. Right now I'm parched dry and sedentary, working on the computer all day... so that hasn't been helping things.

I am a male and I did a juice fast for a week and a half lost 20lbs. after the fast I started eating only fruits and occasionally salad with lots of veggies and no dressing my wraps r veggies in a wheat tortilla with a little oil and viniger i eat 1- 2 a day and 2 apples 2 oranges 2 plums 1 banana 1 nectorine 2 pears thats about it and ever since i stopped juiceing like 3-4 days ago i have gained weight (5lbs) but i was losing 2-3lbs a day b4:eek:
p.s. it should be said that only 30% of the fruits and veggies r organic due to financial restraints

Unfortunately - not all weight "lost" on the scale during a fast is fat.
Your body is working differently during a fast - it holds water differently, and it didn't have all that bulk in the intestines.
It is normal to "gain" weight after ending a fast.....but again - it's not the gaining of fat - but your body resuming it's customary processes.....

I honestly think it is mental.
STOP weighing yourself for a few weeks. Just start LISTENING to your body. Whatever is healthiest for you will reveal itself when you listen closely to your body (not your mind...your mind wants to numb itself with comfort foods, your body wants to heal itself with raw foods).
Do raw, stop weighing, and learn to love yourself, focus on how you feel and soon you will see a difference. I know I did. :)
Whatever you focus on, grows.
