My energy tends to stay in my head alot and I think uneccesarily. I do incorporate some practices of meditation, yoga, qigong, and walking. I would like to know what helps ground you in the best way?

It just occured to me that investing in ankle weights might be really good for grounding!

Standing barefoot on the earth is very grounding. Concrete and shoes disconnect us from the circadian rythyms. Also deep breathing and some reiki exercises are helpful.

I would think increasing your movement/spiritual practices would help. Or even more intense exercise. Also creative outlets through work or hobbies. The idea is to use your energy in a variety of positive ways.

try calling in all your bodies. we have thousands of them. you're probably scattered on hundreds of other dimensions.

Dig in the dirt. Walk barefoot outside.
Take a bath in epsom salt (2 cups) and baking soda (1 cup)
Get a little sun. Do something outside.

Running, dancing, physical activity outside of any kind really. Oh, especially hiking!
