nails

Lately my nails have been getting really soft and weak. I also have horizontal bumps on my thumb nails again.
Is this a lack of something? I have to keep them short, cause if I try to use them when they are longer, they just bend right back.
They used to be really hard and strong, so not sure what's going on. Any thoguhts??

Mine are the same (especially my left thumb) but I do not think that I am lacking anything. It is a bit annoying.

I've heard that lots of greens will help keep the nails healthy and strong.

Thanks, I will try upping the greens. I know something isn't right as they used to be really strong and healthy! Am not fond of these flimsy things on the end of my fingers. :}
