No more coffee. Yippeeeeee. I went to one cup a day then a few days of half a cup then yesterday I poured half and drank 3 sips and forgot to drink the rest LOL.
Today I didn't bother to pour any and no withdrawal symptoms since I started kicking my habit.

Good for you! I thought I could never do it, and now I am on week 3, or 4, I don't even know anymore. And I thought I couldn't live without it...so silly!

How exciting!!!

I didn't realize how much anxiety I had with coffee until I felt the calm after it was gone.

Good stuff! You are VERY lucky that it was so easy for you!

One week coffee free and no cravings or headaches. I was a big time drinker. cup before I left the house, large coffee at work and then Starbucks after (large) then more when I got home.

Really !?!? No headaches??
You are lucky! I've had millions of killer migraines from quitting caffeine cold turkey.. or as someone said here once 'cold broccoli' which I thought was cute. :)

I didn't mark the day I quit this time (hoping that will somehow help :p) so I don't know how long it has been for me but it feels kinda good to be without.. for now.

Keep it up!!
