Yes, I discovered these little guys at the store on Friday and would like more info on them--they look like large walnuts with red hair...at least to me they do. :o


I did a search and I know they're part of the lychee family, but I still don't know how to prepare them or what to eat them with...smoothies, salads, etc.

What would you suggest?

Have you tasted one. What do you think that it would mix with. Sometimes I think that something as exotic is best savoured on its own.
