don't know if I am posting this where it should go, this was my best guess:
I found this site because I was looking for a long term eating strategy for my wife and I. She was diagnosed with hypothyroidism last year and we both have had low energy levels for a while.
I have read a number of the threads involving hypothyroidism, and I have some questions:
1- I would love my wife to go with me to 100% RAW (i ain't there yet, myself) but she isn't budging yet. My strategy is to continue on it myself and to count on the results swaying her. And I have encouraged eating more veg and fruit, and she will do that anyway. Any suggestions, or does that seem the best route?
2- Are there any books covering RAW and hypothyroidism?
3- Any foods that will boost thyroid? or recommended supplements?
I wouldn't ask here, but her doctors answer is to give her another pill, almost always. thanks for your time.
