i have recently bought an excalibur dehydrator yay! anyway, i am not very good yet at planning the amount of time things take, with when i want to eat it. Is it possible to dry something out for the allotted time in the dehydrator, then keep it refrigerated and then just warm it up again in the dehydrator before eating?
would this be healthy or would i get ill? If possible, could you keep something dehydrated in the fridge and then warm it up the next day in the dehydrator? just thinking of bacteria etc?

what do you do?

thanks

i was just unsure as in normal cooking there are some things you can't reheat once cooked.

The great advantage to raw food is that things smell if they are not right so it is easy to detect if it is off.
