One Year Raw Anniversary

I'm still seeking a healthy weight, but living on live foods has meant so much more than just weight loss. I LOVE being RAW! :D

I wish I had a picture at my starting weight of 223lbs. The difference in appearance would be even more dramatic. The picture at 211lbs was taken after about 2 weeks raw.

Total weight loss so far after one year on a 100% raw diet 45 lbs. If I didn't make so many raw treats or did a little exercise I might have lost even more. :rolleyes:

I have experienced so many other benefits, too. My life has changed dramatically, and still is. All for the better. :)

I see, not so much the physical weight etc, but the look in your eyes. Like a huge emotional weight was released too, as raw does that.

Thank you, Springtime! My hair stylist was so pleased when I finally agreed to let her have her way with my hair. I'm keeping it this way.
