I purchased a Nesco on Amazon about a week and a half ago and finally got a shipping notice today.

So what is the first thing I should make with it when it arrives?

My new Excalibur just arrived today - YAY! It is a birthday present from my dear sweet husband. I just put a recipe for onion bread in it - I already had a round dehydrator from a garage sale that is on it's last leg, so I'm not totally new to the concept of dehydrating. I'm so glad I have a new one!

And how did your round one work for you?

My plan is to get myself started with the cheap dehydrator and save up for an Excalibur once I am sure I dig the dehydrating thing. ;)
