Hey guys,
so I'm new to sprouting, and both times now that I've eaten my sprouts I've felt sick after. So far I've only sprouted green lentils and Jacob's ladder beans, usually rinsing them at least once a day. I sprouted them in glass jars with the mesh lids. Both times they looked/smelled fine, and I rinsed them well right before eating them. So I guess I'm just wondering if anyone knows why this might be happening, or if someone has had a similar reaction.
