Good morning, fambly

I stayed at my mom's house last night, so breakfast was a lil odd, i just ate all the raw stuff i could find basically.

B - banana/strawberry icecream, banana, avocado and peach
then i did the huge mistake of eating two non-raw brazil nuts, which made me feel totally nauseous, i still feel it.
L - glass of celery/rhubarb/pear juice
S - mango, orange
S - apple
D - home made Gorilla sandwich (oh yeah!), and two desserts: carrot cake in a bowl (grated carrot, coconut and dates + spices) and coco-brownies in a bowl (dates, cacao and coconut + a teeny bit of salt). now i'm sipping on yogi tea Swet chili.... and i have a headache, i think it's from the desserts, even though they didn't have much fat, which can sometimes give me a headache. maybe it's the cacao? dunno.
S - 2 big glasses of green juice: cucumber, bok choi, kai choi, watermelon and bit of tomato

Breakfast: melon, banana
lunch: cucumber, avocado, apple
"2nd lunch": mango, sweet apple

I bought tons of plums, apricots and pears for the weekend but they are still a bit too hard, yet.

haven't posted much at all for this challenge, but knowing i'm part of it has been keeping me motivated. i've done great this month. 100% yay! everything is so much better when i'm 100% instead of almost 100%, cause that's when the cravings get me. i've felt really happy for most of the month, and lost a bit of weight too. my digestion has been much better, too so i no longer get a huge balloon stomach, and look 7 months pregnant, which would happen most days. i decided to actually pay attention to food combining (in general, i'm not perfect :) ) and it's made a huge difference for me!

basically, i've been trying to have fruit and gs's all day, and then a big salad for dinner with some fat in it. for my smoothies, i've been harvesting clover greens from my property. it's been so much fun!

day 27 foods:

morning:
apple
banana
lunch:
blueberry banana green smoothie
snacks:
mushrooms
small chocolate frosty drink
dinner:
huge salad - mixed greens, avo, tomato, cukes, hemp seeds, evoo, sea salt (shouldn't have added the evoo, but i was trying to keep myself full, cause i made some cooked quinoa and veggies for my parents who were over for dinner)
few figs and water at ds's soccer game.

day 28 foods:

watermelon
banana/blueberry/spirulina smoothie
chocolate frosty drink mmmm..
bananas
few grapes
dried figs
water
dinner:
raw corn on the cob with coconut oil (rub it in with your hands) and sea salt man this is tasty!
after kids went to bed i had a green salad with some curry hemp dressing

Alot of energy today. I'm headed to give blood. Didn't have breakfast cause I was in a rush and not so hungry.
L - 2 slices raw onion loaf
veggie patty w/ cashew mayo
S - Banana, grapefruit juice
D - raw chili (excited about that) green smoothie
S - Kale chips

Today is very humid and dry :mad: ran errands this morning and returned home around noon and off to the library and to gym for a workout with weights and machines. Returned and completed some minor chours, and prepare a nice mixed veggie platter for dinner, and a delicious green/fruit smoothie. It looks like rain this evening so i am hoping it will not proceed through tommorrow, would like to get outdoors and enjoy a nice relaxing sunshine:)

Wow I'm tired today. :( No energy but will have a great day! :p
B - grapefruit juice with apples/oranges
L - 3 veggie patties wrapped in lettuce
D - 4 bowls salad & marinated asperagus/tomatoes
early night for me :)

Had a BUSY day yesterday... Started off running at work and it neer stopped...

B-Green smoothie

S-Banana

L- Kale salad with olives, tomatoes and some slivered almonds

S-Apple and Larabar

D- Salad bar at Jasons deli. I ate 95% raw- I did put a small scoop of their bean salad on my huge green salad. I even stayed away from their crackers, unlike my last visit there...
