Hello, I am going to be transitioning to 100%, after 30 years of EXTREMELY bad SAD diet. I am a compulsive overeater, emotional binger and morbidly obese woman who hit rock bottom on Monday. Just to put into perspective the type of diet I had, here is a sample of a binge day (which would occur 4-5 times a week)
2 breakfast bagels with bacon and cheese, 1 large muffin, soup and sandwich, 2 full supersized big bacon classic meals from wendy’s, 1 large bag of chips, 1 full ring of kubassa, 1 large chocolate bar
I know this will be a hard road, but I feel like if I don’t do something now I will end up killing myself with food. That is not the relationship I want with food at all. I want to be healthy and happy and live a very long life. Thanks for the support!
