Spinach stalks, eat or discard?

hello

im trying to decide whether to eat\juice the spinach's stalks or discard them and just use the spinach's leaves?
is there anything unwanted residing in the stalks themselves?

I throw the whole thing in the blender.

EAT!!! Throw it in blender or throw in salad. By itself with some sort of raw dressing and shredded carrots is good too!
