Help please? Problem with uploading photo..

Hi. I am having difficulty uploading one particular photo. I keep getting the following message: "Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing. Please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error."

I've been going to "Community", then I click on "Pictures & Albums", then I click on "Me and mine", then "upload pictures", then "Browse", then I select the photo. Then I click "something or other save" (can't remember the exact words). Anyway, all the others worked.

Do you think you will be able to help me with this or explain it to me? Thanks muchly.:)

Help please, I am still stuck with this. Thank you very much for posting this link, spicyfull. I am trying to follow the instructions but can't get any further than this. I click on "Community" above, then "Pictures and Albums", then "Me and mine (islesgirl) and then I can't find anything that says ""Manage Attachments". Please, do you think you could help me so more with this? Or does someone else know how to do this?
