I am new to this forum

I am not a vegan or a raw foodest (yet). I do eat a fair amount of fruits and veggie juices and have read 2 books on raw foods (one book was great, one was a ttal scam by some russian family whose kids grew new teeth after going 100% raw).

I was introduced to raw in 01 back in minneapolis. There was also a raw vegan restauarant called the ecoploitan whose food was beyond fantastic.

Has anyone experienced on the forum experienced things like better eyesight etc from going raw?

RAW is a HEALER and there's a Testimonial about nearly everything. There's even talk about cavities filling in but I can't testify to that.

Welcome to the board! I have been going without my glasses to let my eyes rest and maybe have them heal themselves. I NEED my glasses to see and drive but after two days of only wearing my glasses when I really need to, I can tell a difference. Not a huge difference but I can actually see the words I am typing right now and my computer is about 2 feet away. That is a first. I am not claiming anything. Just experimenting with myself!

Welcome to the forum. If you're speaking about who I think you are, the Boutenkos ~ they are held with very high regard in the raw food community. She's a major researcher and has used herself and her family basically as guinea pigs in finding out if and how raw works. If that's NOT who you're speaking of well, my bad.

As far as eyesight, I've not had a lot of success with just raw but, like RN, I just don't wear the glasses as much as I did. They seem to become a crutch and weaken one's eyes so, taking the glasses off and USING our eyes might make a difference. I'm also doing eye exercises because, imo, they need stretching and strengthening as all muscles do.

Raw works! All I can say. Try it and see. Look around at all the living testimonies. On this board you will see living and speaking raw results.

Literally can and will transform you into a new person, all you were meant to be!!!!

I love how raw transformed me physically but also spiritually and mentally and emotionally. The mental clarity is awesome. I love that I operate from a place of pure love. When I came into that place in my raw life, I really understood what life was all about. Love is all their is. WOW!!!!
