Hello all,
I am joining in the hopes that I can finally make that leap that I have been contemplating. I read everyone's postings on here and I am amazed at the changes in everyone's lives. Amazed. I am hoping to make this change so that I can feel GOOD again. It's been a while.... Physically and mentally just feel blah. I've been reading about Raw Foods for a couple of months. I've incorporated many more raw foods into my diet since beginning the reading. I've seen a big improvement in my IBS since then. I've been making green juices for about a month too. Experimenting is fun!
I plan on reading more, looking for some raw food classes in my area and implementing some more changes in my diet. I need to figure out substitutions for my severe food allergies (sesame,flax, tree nuts). So good for most people but so so bad for me.
Also, thinking about the June 30 day challenge. Sounds exciting!
