I feel like an idiot, lol! I bought a butternut squash today because I needed it for a recipe and now I can't find the recipe. I think it was for crackers or maybe bars. Anyone have a recipe that uses butternut squash?

I would love to know a recipe for butternut squash too.
My daughter is growing some in the garden, and I wasn't sure what to do with them.
Hopefully we will get some good answers ;)

Make noodles in a spiralizer out of it and make Alissa's curry sauce. Awesome

A creamy soup shouldn't be too hard. Blend it with water, salt, pepper, onions, garlic, celery, something sweet, and soaked nuts. Garnish with green onions and raw sour cream.

Hi,
Vegan4life has a really yummy looking recipe for Butternut squash and hazlenut cake.
Search the banana for the recipe for butternut squash bars or for vegan4life's recipe.
Really this forum has a wealth of recipes and photos going back over 5+ years. The banana search icon is your best friend if you really want to take advantage of what is on this forum already.;)
Now if any links are broken or if you still can't find what you're looking for ask Rawkinlocs (moderator) to have a look for you, if you are certain you saw it on this forum.

Springtime, that sounds good. Love bananas, so much you can do with them.
